Just last week I tried purchasing a product online. I came across that product through an ad which led me to the site. I kept surfing till I got to where I would checkout. I realized I had to sign up again before I could checkout the product. I actually tried to sign up but I got carried away doing something else. That store lost a customer with their mandatory sign up procedure.

With this guest checkout method, customers can easily checkout their products from your store without having to go through registration. It's of benefit to the two parties.

This is the most frustrating of them all. It contributes to the reasons why customers abandon their cart without checking out. After trying a lot to checkout a product and it keeps bouncing back, I give up and find a store with smooth payment method.
Also many times, I've reached where I would pay via my credit card and I realized that they only offer few payment methods. Unfortunately, I couldn't buy a product I loved on a store because they didn't offer the payment method I was using.
